Terms & Conditions
Last updated 29 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of leadly.sg. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About these Terms
This website is operated by Leadly in Singapore. These Terms apply to the website and its public content. They do not replace any proposal, order form, services agreement, data-processing agreement or other written contract between Leadly and a client. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to paid services, the signed agreement governs those services.
2. Website information and enquiries
Content on this website is provided for general information about Leadly’s services. It is not financial, legal, regulatory, investment, insurance or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.
A booking request, email, WhatsApp message or other enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to proceed. A service engagement begins only when the relevant parties agree the scope and commercial terms in writing.
3. Pricing and service descriptions
Prices, promotions, inclusions, availability and service descriptions shown on the website are informational and may be updated. Advertising spend, third-party software and optional add-ons are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any final scope, price, start date, performance measure, cancellation right and payment term will be set out in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Website content is not a guarantee of leads, sales, revenue, advertising approval or a particular business outcome.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, infrastructure or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, or conduct abusive automated requests;
- misrepresent your identity or authority when contacting us; or
- copy, scrape or reuse website content in a way that infringes rights or competes unfairly with Leadly.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its original content, branding, design, text, graphics, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Leadly and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for your own internal evaluation of our services. No other licence is granted.
Third-party names, logos and product references remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or interact with third-party services, including WhatsApp and email applications. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Leadly does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or practices.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, interrupted or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its general content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with this website and enquiries.
10. Pulse
Pulse is Leadly's client application. It is provided to clients under their services agreement or, for self-serve plans, these Terms. You must have the authority to connect each account you connect to Pulse. Pulse carries out an action in a connected account only after a person you have authorised approves it in Pulse; you are responsible for those approvals. Pulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Meta, TikTok or HighLevel. We may suspend a connection that a provider flags or that breaches the provider's terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what Pulse accesses and how to disconnect or delete your data.
11. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with its updated date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the website.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@leadly.sg.
